(millefiori is a technique that multiple colors of glass are grouped together, fused the pulled into rods and broken into small pieces - reminds you of candy!)

The heart is approximately 1.5 inches high and 1.5 inch at it's widest making it big and bold, and has a modest silver bail and comes on an 18 inch stainless steel chain.
